Amitabh Bachchan Says 'COVID BE DAMNED' As He Speaks On Prohibition On Touch; Tweets 'I Touch You All With Love And Care'

Amitabh Bachchan is a Coronavirus survivor. He along with son Abhishek Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aaradhya Bachchan tested positive for Coronavirus. After spending more than 20 days in the hospital in isolation, he recovered and got back to work again. Ever since then, and even before, Big B had been sharing messages to inspire all to follow COVID-19 precautions. However, it seems the frustration of not being free is piling up even for Big B.

In his latest post, she mentioned about not being able to touch anyone due to Coronavirus. He wrote, "CoviD has brought on another ‘Prohibition’ . TOUCH ! After cough sneeze the other anathema. Touch produces calm, relaxation, reduces heart rate BP. So what ? . is this a bother for the brain and body ?" In the end, he wrote, "COVID BE DAMNED . I TOUCH YOU ALL WITH LOVE AND CARE."

Amitabh Bachchan sent in virtual love to all his fans and followers, as that's the way to be amidst the pandemic.


In the morning, Big B had shared a picture as he went off to work. He gave a little pep talk as he wrote, "Off to work .. a long day like everyday .. stay safe .. you are not alone .. we are all in this together and shall remain together to fight .. love you all," whilst sharing a picture of him wearing a mask. On Kaun Banega Crorepati 12, he had also spoken about how he used to increase his oxygen level as the nurse came to check the reading.
